I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20+ years of experience in various social services roles. I have experience in international adoption, child welfare, school social work and managed care. I am passionate about working with adults experiencing intergenerational trauma and family dynamic issues.

My work is deeply rooted in my experience as a Black woman born and raised in Northern California with strong ties to my Southern familial roots. I have a passion for promoting the importance of mental health in minority communities and providing safe spaces that support connection, authenticity, and healing.
