Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and most uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in life. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic experiences.

In-person sessions are held in our tranquil Benicia office overlooking the Benicia shoreline. Virtual sessions can be held through our easy HIPPA compliant tele-health platform.

If your preference is to be outdoors, our office is conveniently located near the Benicia Shoreline and Benicia State Park.
