Understanding the investment in your mental health is an important part of beginning therapy. Below, you’ll find transparent information on session fees, payment options, and insurance details. My goal is to ensure that financial questions don’t stand in the way of getting the support you need.

I do offer a FREE 20-minute consultation before all appointments. Session fees are due at the beginning of each session. Cash, check and electronic payments are accepted. I use a HIPPA compliant electronic payment platform called IvyPay. Ivy Pay will text you to create an account for your first payment. At that time, a credit card is stored on file for future payments. While I do not accept insurance, I can provide a monthly Superbill for you to be reimbursed by your insurance company. In many cases, therapy sessions are reimbursable through Health Spending Accounts offered by your employer. Please check with your benefits department for more information.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text (707) 342-9551 at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid being fully charged for your appointment.
